After reading your post Caimh i thought to my self are you real you sound to me <Rob C: Deleted> and i think most of the ntl does by now .If you are not happy with the service from ntl then leave them instead of writing stupid letters to them . if i had trouble with ntl i will vote with my feet and go elseware like most people.
