Recently my pc has started freezing for no reason. It started after i done a disk defrag but thats just coincidence i think. Can happen at anytime on any prog and when i try to bring up task manager etc to check the cpu usage ,it comes up but i cant click anything, the mouse cursor stays at the egg timer thingy. Its driving me NUTS.

I've not installed anything new and have checked for the usual things like temps etc which all seem to be normal. Heres a copy of a log from hijack this to see if anyone can spot anything strange. Any ideas appreciated

Oh i just thought the only new software i've added was an update to the ZoneAlarm from a week ago or so.
