Totally agree with you Chris, freeview is only a prediction based upon radio waves which can be affected by many factors. A lot of our area is classed as freeview not available but it is. I think they are just covering their rears.

The NTL coverage, well the postcode checker is just that, but if you contact CS they should have a comprehensive list of all "servicable" addresses and if you're not on there then so be it.
