I've had a quick scan of recent OnDemand posts in case this is a common problem at the moment, but can't see any. Still, apologies in case it has!
Our OnDemand isn't working. When I attempt to select it all I get is the OnDemand menu
without any options.
The STB stops responding to instructions for about a minute and then you're able to return to the TV.
Any ideas what could be causing this? It has worked fine before.
