Cable is still fine, but not getting any analogue signals (i.e. the five terrestrial channels). I have plugged the short black cable that came attached to the box into 'RF out' on the back of the Samsung, and then taken a feed from the 'TV' socket on the bypass box to my DVD recorder which then feeds into the TV.

Whichever channel I select on the TV, I just get snow. Same result if I select channels 1-5 through the DVD, no signal. The bypass box is powered up from the back of the modem.

Any thoughts?
I'm assuming you have tried retuning your tv?

Good point! ignore my post.

Actually thinking about it, the signal comes out the NTL cable? So i'm saying try retuning your tv.
