As promised, here is how i got on.

I spoke to CS yesterday and have agreed the following..

1) Remove second STB.
2) Downgrade TV package to Family Pack + Sports Collection @ £37 per month.
3) Half price on 4Mb Broadband for the next 3 months only (as a goodwill gesture).
4) Standard 321 to Talk Weekends (same thing?).

So, excluding the short term saving on the broadband, this gives me a new monthly bill of £61.99 + calls instead of £94.99 + calls.

If the normal price for the Family Pack + Sports Collection is £48.00 (inc telephone line rental).

Can i assume that the £11.00 telephone line rental has been discounted to £0.00?

I had been paying £55 for Family Pack + Sports & Movies (inc telephone line rental).

*me scratch my head*
