Has anyone or does anyone have this issue with there stb?

I have unplugged numerous times, even left over night and the box is still stuck on tune.....??

I checked the official sticky but found nothing conserning this on there.

The tv screen is stuck on the 'we are updating your service screen' and on the stb itself is stuck on 'tune'. It has been like that for days. Anyone know what the issue is and how i could fix it?
