My stb was updated to CR3software from Videotron CR1 at end of August ( after a very long coming soon) and I am aware from other postings there is a delay between software update and VOD access.

Does anyone know how long this is or should I phone CS/Faults. I did have the channel reshuffle bug and dont want another loss of system just yet.

only choices are movies/sports/adult
