As has been said, give them a call, they should be able to discount most of your services apart from the Sports & Prem plus stuff - ntl don't control the cost of these packages, so they're hands are tied on the price, as reducing them at all would incur a loss for them. But stuff like family pack, and phone packages can easily be reduced if you get the right person.
