Just thought I'd update you on this one.
Got my replacement router yesterday, powered it up and ....
it behaves just like the first one. Can't say I'm surprised. Now I've got to repeat all the idiot tests with India.
Assuming this is not a faulty batch of routers (haven't compared serial numbers yet, but I will) this indicates that the problem IS something to do with TW and something 1st line support isn't able to sort out.
Anyone have any advice on getting past 1st line support with TW? If I'm asked to reboot the hardware one more time...
