I have spoken to Retentions who have given me half price Family pack for 6 months and 9.99 BB 2MB for 6 months so just over 30.00pm for all 3 services as oppose to the 48.00pm that it went up to, better off than I was before really, Well done NTL, you can do something right!

If you are not fixed to a contract I recommend that you call NTL on 0800 052 9403 and moan about what you are paying, they can drop the price. Tell them that you are in financial difficulty unless you are serious about leaving!
