Must have got the first call this morning as the phone was answered immediately. Very helpful person on the Help Desk, sent a signal to the box but this didn't work - advised to wait for up to 2 hours to see if it is fixed. Also booked a technician to come and see it, but no-one available until next Wednesday (unless there's a cancellation)!
