Although I preferred the logic of "1" for BBC 1 etc, I do fully appreciate the need to standardise the platforms for all three systems. When you think that most areas now have Video on Demand, and NTL:Telewest/Virgin is now offering the four for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£40, and NTL users now have 150 for faults - we've come a long way.
