So who do we need to address this to ? Is it the BBC for not pushing the programme down or NTL for not grabbing it ?

Ideally it needs to be on this week because I assume there is a Casualty on Sat night so it would be helpful to have it before then! (Mind you Star Wars Episode III is on so she won't be watching BBC1!!!
