Having rung T.S they say it's a prob with my modem as they ready light is flashing all the time,my answer to them was if it is my modem why does it come back on b4 you send an engineer out.....

I still think you may have a levels issue. If the levels coming into your modem are border line then any and i mean any change in temp will affect you. Get a engineer out to check your levels
