Is there an Issue with NTL 250 modems and heat or with heat in general.

Like the post says it may be a odd question but throughout the summer when we had the minor heatwave i had intermitant internet service, now as we are experiencing an increase in climate temp (27oC today and yesterday) i am again getting intermitant internet service.

Just wonderring if anyone else is getting this prob.

last time i rang CS they arranged an engineer visit engineer came out and confirmed that i was indeed getting intermitant service but as it came on when he was here there was nothing he could really do, i don't want to ring NTL about this again as i will probably get the same results, wait a wek for engineer to visit and when he comes out nothing is wrong.

So again i ask is anyone else getting this ????
