I've this this one. (I did cost Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£350 thou, but well worth it.)

It has guide + which has a cable from the unit to a magic eye that sit on top of the NTL STB, that will change channels for you, so you don't have to set the channels you want to video on the STB aswell the DVD/HDD unit does it for you
