Ive had broadband with NTL since 2003 and never had a problem with it until now. Over the last month I have constant disconnections, I think its a hardware problem as when I move the cable modem around a little my connection comes back but then is gone again within a little while.

I guess its time to call out NTL and take a day off work, are there any easy routes to getting through to NTL about my problems with broadband?
