Query after cancelling services.
Hi all
I called CS and cancelled my account on the 18th August, where I was told that it would take 30 days and I would be knocked off on 18th September - thought that was fine as I'd be moving out then.
18th September came and way hay, all ntl services have been cancelled.
However Yesterday I got an NTL Bill, for what looks like my previus months calls and also my services, TV, BB, Phone line.
I always thought you paid the line subscription in advance, so by cancelling in August, the next bill would just have the calls you made up until the date when it was turned off.
am I correct, or do I have to pay another bill?
