personally i would give CS another call, you'll almost definatly get someone else answering the phone, that way you can ask them what is currently showing on the account discount and charge wise and any credits that are due to appear on the next bill.
that way if there are any problems it can be sorted before the next bill is produced stopping it drag for another month
