They'll be getting a phonecall from me too. My '4Mb' line has been no better than a 128k line for over a week now. I guess their upgrade really shafted a lot of users

I don't know if someone has just flipped a switch somewhere but after a week of virtually no internet it suddenly just gone into overdrive and is running at the full 4MB line it is supposed to be!
Hopefully it'll stay like this now
