Yeah I did mate..
When I called last night bb support put me on 10meg, but I had doubts that cs would not be told and would bill me for 2meg,
Rang them up today (twice) 1st time was told to visit the url you have suggested, but I tried telling him my service was fine, it was just there screen showing the wrong service for me. 2nd time I called, I got it sorted.
ps.. 3rd time I rang I decided to not tell them anything. I just told them my account number and asked them whats the latest info they have regarding my account which seems to be in order now.
