Question Plusnet

Hello

Been with plusnet for over 18 months now - and i have to say service has been good.... until.... PN started using Tiscali's LLU when ADSL max was rolled out - May i believe ? parents had just gone on holiday and wanted to keep tabs on wether i had destroyed the house yet

After this was disconnected for 2 weeks... and had problems ever since.

Right now im connected at 1.1 down with 288 (ish) up. giving about 117k downstream. Now plusnet have been brilliant- can't fault them had constant "replys to support tickets", however they seem quick to pass the blame on as they seem to becoming *rather quickly* resellers of other Co's products. Even blaming NTL for the loss of connectivity. yes ntl could be leasing out a cable line, i understand that, however checking ntl status shows no problems /maintenance on ntl between me and my ISP - OR between me and Level3.. (another one of PN's "Partners")

Basically been enquiring to NTL about getting the exchange enabled alot of "rolling out" has happened recently. both Derby and Lichfield becoming ntl: enabled.

Has over 16k connections on it. residential and business, lacks "good" broadband service, and is a Haven of BT vans and strange men in blue jump suits jumping down BT holes.

Any ideas other than pestering enquiries as to how to check if they are even considering my exchange.? emailed twice and replied twice, basic message- "lots needs to be taken into consideration" and "feasibility studies" need to be carried out (understandable) but after 3months of cr4p net im at wicks end, also believe ISP is ready to terminate contract as im appearing a "fussy customer"
