I hesitate to subscribe to the idea that the blocking is deliberate, it is more likely to be a matter of incompetence but even that is a little strong, possibly it could be ascribed to something in the nature of children squabbling. It looks as though I will have to start my badgering again, last time it seemed to get results. First of all it was not a matter for NTL, then a problem was acknowledged, then the engineers were working on it, then it was cleared(3 weeks I think). Since then the amount of spam has increased again so NTL will be blaming Wanadoo but after all it is the blocking firm paid by NTL that will have put the mockers on so why cannot NTL tell them to take the block off? Oh me, oh my these things are sent to try us and they do!!
