Help Over 3 months ago I went from 10 meg to 4 meg,after a dozen calls to c.s. they got my bill correct 59.98 (one month 34.99 next 24.99),but last month they charged me 35.00,on the phone again,there mistake would credit me the 10.00 ect ect,not done,now this month they have sent me an e-mail saying my bills going to be 47.00 for September.Update got to c.s.again confirmed Ive over paid by 44.00 but can not credit this against broadband account,have to credit against phone account.!!!!!
