You'd have to fall back on the 0845 to make contact via a different carrier. Not ideal, I grant you - but I very rarely lose phone service, TV and BB are usually the first to go! Incidentally, they might also have the good sense to permit you to call 150/151 when your line is barred for yet another billing error....! |
