We've also had this letter through, and we're seriously considering swapping providers. They know how to do it though - tie everyone down in packages and then up the costs.

We have phone, internet and TV from them. I looked on the internet to see how much broadband and TV from them would cost, and it appears that if you buy broadband, you also have to have a phone package!

Do you think it'd be possible to cancel the phone from our package, but still keep the broadband?

Also, while I was at it, I got a quote on all the services we currently have, and also put in that we are an existing customer with these services. The quote came out a little over Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10/month cheaper than what we are currently paying (that is excluding our call charges, of course). How does that work?!
