Well I've just tried 151 but I only get BT's fault reporting system & that was thru' 1 of ntl's little 'smart dialler' boxes. Is there now an 0800 number you can use to report faults? I've been trying to access ntlworld since Sat. on 08089909877 but keep getting the engaged signal, I've managed 2 access the internet via the backup no. 08005190100 but I can't download emails with this no. Maybe Staines has finally lost it's dialup capability.
Any ideas?
