That NTL had reverted to free CS/.Faults? The NTL Celtic franchises removed all 150 access and replaced it with 0800 - which still wouldn;t cost them anything unless it was a cross network call. As for TW in Central Scotland, the short codes similarly removed even before the rumoured merger/takeover.
Bottom line? At least the free number is active across the company as a whole, none of this nasty discrimination!
