1st 512K took 15453 ms = 33.1 KB/sec, approx 273 Kbps, 0.27 Mbps
2nd 512K took 17484 ms = 29.3 KB/sec, approx 241 Kbps, 0.24 Mbps
3rd 512K took 16485 ms = 31.1 KB/sec, approx 256 Kbps, 0.25 Mbps
4th 512K took 4640 ms = 110.3 KB/sec, approx 909 Kbps, 0.89 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 420 Kbps, 0.41 Mbps

and this is what NTL call a normal 4mb connection
