I have a similar problem - some bricks need laying in the front, on top of the cable. I would rather move the cable a metre to the left to avoid this. I sent an email to NTL and they said the charge for the work would be ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25, telephone when you need the work done.
