On a lighter note, Channel Renumbering has been successfully completed in Langley and all customers who previously had BBC1 on 101 should have the new channel lineup, as shown at
http://www.ntlworld.com/newchannelnumbers
If you do not have the new numbers, or your box is exhibiting strange behaviour, please change channels a few times, or failing this reboot it in the first instance.
If your channels appear in a strange order, you will need to reset your Favourites by following these steps:
- Press TV to bring up the Mini Guide
- Press Yellow to open the Favourites dialog
- Press Red to enter Rearrange Channels
- Press Red again to Restore default channel order (i.e., numerically ordered)
- Press Select to confirm
- Press TV to exit the menu and save the new lineup
It is expected that programme data will be slow to load in the Mini Guide and TV Guide for the next few hours, and you may experience a few seconds delay while changing channels. This is due to the amount of new data your STB is having to process at the moment and should settle down.
