I'm not saying it's fault free, so let's not split hairs, but my point is that you have been able to get a PVR from Sky for nearly 5 years now & ntl
still are yet to launch one.

Only if
A) You are "lucky" enough to live in a VOD enabled area.
b) The VOD service did not suffer a fault like the Sky + one you described above.
