I haven't 'written it off as crap' either, what I said was that:
1) ntl are at least
5 years behind Sky in launching their PVR-imagine if their broadband was the same & was 5 years behind?
2) ntl have
never launched a DTV product to even rival (let alone outshine) Sky's offerings.
