thanks quadplay for this reply and same with Chris W.

On Chris W comments I assumed this is the national community channel which currently number 511.

In sense quadlplay has probably hit the nail that these are general line up and there will be variations which will be added to the line up like local channel other area terrestrial channels like we get central & yorkshire.

Maybe in future the might transmit them all then you could watch whichever regional news you want.
