Re: NTL Complaint - Services not installed after 18 days
Quick update.
Spoke with an installations manager (won't say names etc) on Friday last week. He promised me that an engineer would be round on Saturday morning to finish installation of the telephone.
We waited in all day, nobody arrived. It's now 10:15 on Tuesday, and nobody has called to apologise etc. I will be adding this to my charges against NTL.
What a joke. All I want is my telephone line installed.
