I would just like to add that I know that anytime you do PM a mod/admin with your personal details they are only kept until they know the issue has been resolved. They have a dedicated way of contacting ntl which has done in the past and will continue to get results. So if you are offered help on this site you can feel confident giving your details over to the guys who do all this in their own time. Just my tuppence worth.
