Each to there own but BT are the pits when it comes to customer service if you go by my experience. As i said each to there own i would never have BT in my house again. I am now about to go through the small claims court to recover engineer charges from BT which they removed from my account against my wishes. Hope you have better luck than me . As for Sky i have Sky+ and it beats anything NTL could offer me
to sky.
