The letter I recieved was signed by Steve Stewart, MD Customer Care.
Perhaps some poor soul on the NTL front line should suggest to him that it
would be a good idea to tell THE STAFF about such major changes FIRST.
I've worked in retail all my life, there is nothing worse than the customer being told things before
the staff have been informed and trained. It makes you look and feel a prat.
