The last thing I attempted to buy from them was a printer - they had it on offer and was cheaper than anywhere else. I'd also looked into it to make sure it was what I wanted etc. The assistant serving me was determined to persuade me to buy another (much more expensive) model, and spent 20 minutes trying to convince me - I had to admire his persistence! So eventually he agreed to go and get the model of my choice from the stockroom - he was going to bring it to the till for me. I waited - and he bought the more expensive model out, after all, saying that he was sure this was the one I should have, as I obviously had no experience in these things!
