Termination charge
Hi im hoping somone on here can help me sort out the mess Ntl has done with my account,
i joined them for bb and tel in nov 05and told the sales man i would be moving in 6 months as i was renting he said no problem if u move we will move your service with u and if u go to a area we dont service we cancel the contract.
When i knew my new address i told move and transfers and they texed a install date to me but the engineer went to my old address and they mucked it up for about three weeks so i decided to cancel with them as there was a price increase around the time ,when i got through to retentions they said they would get me a install date and offered me some savings due to mess they made .
escalations team take over and say they will give me a install date but want to check my post code to see if i am able to recive ntl . so now my post code cant get ntl the lady agrees to cancel my contract from the day i informed moves and transfers.
now they come after me for the rtest of my contract and i have been on phone for 2 days talking to sevferal departments and got no where.
any one here help me out?
