I just had my Internet and phone go down since Wednesday, had to contact them by mobole phone
It seems that when i canceled my TV and just have Broadband and phone, had to have a new DD, they have not added my phone to the new DD so in 8 months i owed £80 which i had to pay today
The internet and phone are now back on, it could have taken 24 hours, they seem to get worse!!!
It supprises me they could not take it all on the new DD, but we are talking about NTL
When my contract runs out in December will look around for a new supplier
