I have 2 friends on Bulldog (both in Leeds) and have heard nothing but glowing reports about them. In all honesty I don't know what their service is like where I am, BUT can you HONESTLY say NTl's has been GOOD????
Emails that you can't get, newsgroups with NO retention and alot of them simply missing, waiting 40mins + to get through to CS, and until recently a very variable service on BB and HUGE billing problems. The service
I have recieved from NTL has been ridiculously variable from utterly abysmal to really very good, but when they are bad they are REALLY REALLY bad.
Again please note this is from MY personal experience as a customer of ~5 years.
