I dont know there are still a fair few rubbish Freeview boxes out there, I brought a new Goodmans box for the spare room to replace my old On Digital box, the On Digital was much much better, it may be slow but it was pretty good and reliable I just wanted faster text but everything else about the box was worse.

There are a number of Poor Sky boxes too, generally the cheapo Amstrad and Pace boxs for £99 are absolutely cack reliability wise, they break after about 13 months. Its a Testament to the old Pace boxes they are still going, I wonder how many pre year 2000 Sky dodgyboxes are still around? (practically all ntl boxes were designed before then), the same applies for ITV Digital boxes that are still going strong.............Its seems Sky typically have an inbuilt bustability to keep revenue flowing!

You can get the Schedule data to return on excw CR3 by entering the settings menu then going to the TV guide on some occassions and pressing TV. Sometimes a good reeboot is the only solution.

I have taken the great advice of I think someone off this forum and fitted a timer to the box to make it reeboot at 3am everyday, this keeps everything running smoothly, Interactive, Speedy Channel Changes, Schedule Changes and Broadband.
