Um I had to go to london yesterday to look at a packard bell pc that someone bought from pcworld.......
...but I can't help you with any complaints because apart from not having much memory and only 1 usb socket it was actually quite a good pc!!!
I'm going back there next week to set up a wireless network for them, if it goes wrong I'll be sure to come in and ask for help
