Hi All,
I wonder myself. When you get a letter from them it's almost as if they are talking about something that has nothing to do with ntl. I haven't noticed anything different at all. It's just as bad as it's ever been. There was a slight improvement about eight months ago but that was very short lived. They've finished more employees since then.
