I absolutely agree, it's just that I never had a good experience with ntl in the 6 or so years I had their services (even before my involvement with NTHW.com)

That's true, but even before I saw what went on inside, & the BS that goes on at the top, my experience as a customer with ntl was the worst I have ever experienced with
any company, so even forgetting what I later saw/learnt, I could never go back to a company that gave me the 'service' that ntl did.
