think we're saying the same thing...
I think that the
current tarrifs/caps/guidelines will be replaced by the
new tariffs/caps/guidelines.
I just can't see ntl offering the
current range of BB tiers
and the new ones just announced together.
So I think that peeps will be
forced onto the new tariffs with the new caps/guidelines.
Just my take on it though.....
