That's exactly the point that people seem to miss when they complain about the speeds going up but not the caps. For those people whose aim in life isn't to download the maximum possible about of data, being able to go see a movie trailer NOW rather than half an hour after you decided you wanted to see it is nice.

I'm with Weeb on this one
I very seldom want to look at this sort of thing or to download much.However when I do I don't see why I have to wait extra time because someone else is constantly maxing out their connection.I deserve consideration too because I too am paying for my BB.Why should I be be dismissed as a light user?
