what the hell am i reading here! NTL have increased speeds i applaud them for doing that, im not happy with the cap, slightly unhappy with the £25 admin fee to upgrade to the faster tiers but all in all its an excellent move, when will people get off their anti NTL horses and admit NTL have come up trumps for once, lets sit back and wait for the speeds to come through first quarter 2005, its like people want to intentionally moan at NTL and nit pick on the tiniest of things
